This is in loving memory of my sister, who we lost to suicide ten years ago, my father, who we lost to addiction caused by unmedicated bipolar disorder, and all those who left us too soon.
My only hope is for a deeper understanding of mental health. It’s always easier to offer support before things become too heavy — because losing lives is the most devastating cost, not just for individuals, but for families, communities, and our society as a whole.
Each soul matters.
